We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not happy with the product ordered we will issue a refund on receipt of the returned product. This must be within 7 working days of your receipt of the order; the product must be in a fully resalable condition and must include all the contents of your order. All freight/postage will be at customer's expense.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
All our delivery charges are based on UPS/FedEx/USPS flat rate. We currently use USPS for shipping to all PO Boxes. All shipments to FPO or APO Addresses and outside of the Continental United States require additional shipping and handling costs. Please contact us for details.

Additional shipping charges will apply on all international orders. Please contact us for a quote when ordering outside the continental USA. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
